Expiration date is more important than number of visits. RX can be 1 to 2 times a week. Both options need to be available since it depends on the type of case.
Authorizations are usually # of visits, but everything else is dates. I even made sure the signature box was checked when scanning the RX.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Would you mind providing us with a bit more information on this idea? I want to make sure we get your request correct. Is your suggestion to show the RX expiration on the patient profile?
Thanks!

I completely agree! With so many insurance companies now requiring authorizations, we have a few that give a date range instead of an authorized number of visits. To satisfy the system, I have to add in a number just to be able to add an authorization to a patient's chart. This is in fact not the case and confuses the clinical side. Please correct this!!
