Currently WebPT allows insurances to be entered without a group #. However, this is causing billing issues in our billing software. There should be an option in the settings to require the group # for certain insurances.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! A setting to require a Group Number for Insurance is not a currently planned feature, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
