"Add Activity" link in the Activity/Intervention Flowsheet should be placed at the bottom of your activities

My list of activities is often quite long and am at the bottom of that list typically when I want to Add another treatment activity. It is more intuitive and efficient to have the link to add another activity at the bottom of the current list.
