Patients Responding to Automated Reminders

There have been a number of times where patients have gotten these reminder notifications and have tried to contact us to either cancel their appointment, or to let us know about something prior to their appointment. I know some offices have a feature where their patients would be sent a reminder text and would be advised to text back Y or N to confirm the appointment and that feature would be very useful because then we would be able to plan ahead of time and prepare beforehand.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Updating appointment reminders to include an option to respond is not a feature we currently have planned but may consider in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
