We have multiple family members coming in for PT and parents would like to have differentiation between appointment reminders.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding the patient's name to appointment reminders is no ta feature we currently have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

I would like to see this added as well. We see familes sometimes that use the same email and if there is no name for the reminder they do not know who the appointment is for.
