Scheduling: be able to see the appointment type on the printed patient’s appointment list

We have patients being seen at multiple locations or being seen at the same location but have different appointment types. For example, one day they will be seen on land and another appointment they will be seen in the pool. It would also be helpful for them to see when a re-examination will be performed.
