If I complete a daily note for a patient I treated yesterday, I can change the date to reflect this and it will show this on the records page. However, if I complete a flowsheet today for a visit yesterday; and change the dates accordingly, it is reflected on the records page as today's date and not yesterdays. This has become a problem when billing is looking for records for insurance companies (especially if the patient was seen 2 days in a row and now the records page shows 2 flowsheets for the same date on the records page.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback. Updating the date of service for flowsheets in not something we currently have planned, but we will consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
