Adding the ability to customize voicemails and text messages.

If clinic would have the ability to customize reminder messages, I believe it would incentivise patients to call earlier for cancellation. A reminder of the missed appointment charges would improve productivity as we could reschedule those cancellations earlier and not lose the appointment times by using the waitlist feature more effectively.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Enhancing Text and Call Reminders is not a feature we currently have planned, but we will consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
