I was told that this is not possible and that whoever is scheduling the appointment, must go to the patient information screen to check on the remaining number of visits or the end date of the authorization.
We input the number of visits authorized and the end date of the authorization, can there be a red flag that prompts that user to check before scheduling excessive visits. Since the pt Info screen does not come up to the user is scheduling, asking scheduler to go to pt info screen ever time is wasting staff time.
