Document Portal allowing multiple document download

Is it possible allow the recipient of the link to the document portal to download multiple documents at a time? Now they have to do it one by one, and we are getting a lot of complaints about it. Especially with large cases.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Downloading bulk documents is not a feature we currently have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
