Tricare ID number need to be 9 or 11 digits when registering patients

Tricare ID number need to be 9 or 11 digits when registering patients. Often, when registering patients, office use the regular Tricare ID number instead of the Benefits ID Number. For billing claims, the SSN # (9 digits) or Benefits ID # (11 digits) can be used to bill claims. Numerous Failed Charges are created due to this issue causing delayed billing and accounts that need to be corrected.
