Physician fax info within the edit case

It would be great to be able to view physician fax number while viewing the Edit Case window within the patient chart. Staff is doing this thru 1.0 at this time. The way to get to this screen is: pt chart->pt info->add case->edit

The purpose of this would to be saving several steps (below) to obtain physician fax numbers that will have to be sent a referral.

pt chart->1.0->display physicians
