Entering a new patient can be a lengthy process. Ranging from 15-25 mins. There is a time limit on this process. If our schedulers are entering this information and they get interrupted by a phone call, they are often timed out and have to start this process again. I think it is wise to have a time limit, just wondering if it is possible to extend it to accommodate for interruptions with this task.
Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. As you've mentioned, there are security concerns with lengthening the lockout time that must be considered in this situation.
