As an administrator for our practice, we set our schedule and all changes are to be communicated with management if requested by a therapist. Unfortunately, there have been instances that changes were made without consent resulting in patients being shuffled between therapists unnecessarily. There should be the ability to limit/prevent anyone from making any changes/additions to the existing schedule unless approval/rights are given by the office administrator. I understand that some of this is a personnel issue BUT it would be extremely helpful to better monitor schedule changes.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Granular calendar permissions is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
In the meantime, we have a project to expose an audit trail of who changed what on a schedule, so this may help enforce the behavior change you are seeking.
