For some of us the text boxes and interruptions can impede the flow of our documentation, especially for the complex or unique patients that don't necessarily fit into one 'box or another.' As experienced clinicians, we don't need the reminders for important information to include, and may see more private pay patients which has a different focus of communication at times.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We are starting to hear this more with private pay and wellness models. We are reviewing how best to solve for this so any other context you can provide would be helpful. We were considering developing a "general" note type that could be customized for different types of patients but wouldn't have all of the alerts that a general daily note would have.
This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but are considering for the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
