Checking in resulting in making a note for that date

I have used fusion (EMR) in the past in which once you checked in an individual it started a "note" for you which you could change to eval, reassessment, daily, discharge. It was nice to have one set up already so you dont miss a note and you do not have to worry about the date being correct since if they are checked in they are there.
