SOAP 2.0

Thank you for being a user of WebPT Documentation. We're excited and grateful for your interest in helping us build a product you love. You will receive an email notification when the status of your idea changes.

It would be great if the authorization for secondary insurance would appear on the front screen like the primary insurance authorizations do.

Sometimes the primary insurance doesn't require auth, but the secondary does. When you input the auth under the Case for the secondary insurance, it does not appear on the main screen and it is not included in expired auth reports.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal suggestion! This is a change to authorizations that we don’t immediately have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact WebPT Support using support@webpt.com.

This is also an issue if both the primary and secondary require authorization, specifically when the seondary authorization expires sooner than the primary authorization.
