When we call to confirm the scheduled patient and they confirm, we select “Confirmed” from drop down menu of Visit Status. However, on the dashboard / View Schedule there is no indicator to show which scheduled patient has confirmed and which hasn’t.
Our suggestion is to add an Identifier to display Confirmed Status on View Schedule & Dashboard
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding a "confirmed status" indicator is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
