Required fields for PT/PTA notes would be greatly beneficial. To ensure the best documentation possible we need to have fields that payors require information to show MN to be required so that nothing gets missed and or not being updated when each appointment we should document either a change or a new statement of no updates just something. Please have someone reach out to me requiring this idea. thank you!
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Having payer-specific required PT and PTA fields is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
