re-organizing goal position

Be able to re-organize/re-order goals on the assessment page of daily notes. Easier to see what goals still need to be addressed if they are together.

    It is there, but it would be really nice if we could just drag where we want. If we want to move it more than one space, we have to click, then click move up/down. THEN we have to go find it again to move it again. Being able to drag these into a new spot would be great.
