Patients Should Receive a Text when their Appointment is Cancelled to eliminate the step of needing to reach out to the patient to do this.

    Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal submission! Sending a text message when an appointment is cancelled is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
