Tracking the same auth in multiple cases

The same auths won't count across multiple cases since they're set on a case level, but it'd be great if the system could make it so that if a patient has multiple cases for the same auth, the auth count would reflect the number of visits used for the auth across cases, rather than in each specific case. Currently, we're using the policy visits as a workround.
