Have primary concern/history/planned procedures and frequency/duration carry over to re-evaluation

When opening up a re-evaluation, you lose the information in history, primary concern, and in the plan tab. This should be information that carries through to each progress note/reassessment and discharge.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We have currently solved for this challenge within out SOAP 2.0 product offering as all fields will carry forward from note to note. You also have a level of customization to remove fields from note to note, if you do not wish to capture a given field on every visit.
