When adding a new physician into WebPT, the software glitched and created 3 entries for the same person. However, WebPT does not allow us to delete physicians and WebPT help desk said they cannot remove for us.
Currently, the only option is to make a physician inactive, but WebPT requires us to fill in all the required information boxes, which is a waste of time since we aren't going to be using an inactive physician account.
Either, WebPT should allow account admins to delete physicians OR make it easier to inactivate physicians in the system.

how is this not a feature you have planned?
Sounds to me like it is a generic response and as clients of WebPT, I think it would only make sense that a simple feature like this should be added without any pushback.
