Each case with separate previous visits

We have patient's that have come in for PT or OT under their regular health insurance then come back for worker's comp. When Worker's comp requests previous visits I have to mark out the visits that were under their health insurance. Each case should have their own previous visits and not previous visits from previous cases on the same list
