Turn OFF feature please - auto fill drop down options of previously entered addresses when adding an address

If you click inside in any of the boxes in the ADD address box it will offer you a list of options from addresses previously entered for other clients to choose from?? Not very many people live at the same address (OK, maybe a family). Errors could be made. And its confusing in the moment. You have to only click the down arrow to get the desired drop down options "home." ALSO, if you choose one of those options - it will also auto fill all of the other boxes with extra information and erase any work you may have been able to enter successfully - so try again!

Same thing for entering a phone number in the individual boxes...not many times will a phone number be the same

Turn that feature off in those boxes please!

    Thanks for the idea. I presume that it will turn off for all of my
    interactions on the computer, which would not save me time for those
    tasks. I thought it would be a WebPT inside job, so I mentioned it.

    Hi Amy,

    This is functionality that is available from your browser.
    If you use Chrome, you can follow these steps to turn this off:

    1. Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen.)

    2. Click on Settings.

    3. In the "Autofill" section, expand the area for which you wish to disable Autofill.

    4. Toggle the setting OFF if it is on. The system will automatically save your settings.

    If you use Firefox, you can follow these steps:

    1. Click on the Firefox menu icon. (Three lines at top right of screen.)

    2. Click on Options.

    3. Choose "Privacy & Security."

    4. In the "Forms & Autofill" section uncheck "Autofill Addresses." The system will automatically save your settings.
