To enter therapy time - switch to a scrolling times drop

To enter therapy time - switch to a scrolling times drop down option (like Google calendar)

Then you can select the times for treatment with the mouse only. The calendar is a drop down calendar - so why not the times too? Otherwise you have to tab to each section and type to input 4, :30, and PM or use the mouse. OT task analysis! Says fewer clicks or transitions between mouse/keyboard saves us all time, energy, effort.
