Faxes fail regularly from 2.0 far more often than from 1.0. Yet, we have to go into each individual people to refax. It should work like 1.0 and be able to refax from the log.

The "refax" option, once present in 1.0, seems to have disappeared. Why would you remove this helpful feature? Please consider replacing it. Not a good move.
This has made more work for the front desk staff. Yet another change that has made WebPT an undesirable system to use. I hope you guys get it together soon.
This really needs to be considered because this update has caused so many issues for our clinic, the amount of time we are spending trying to figure out if things have actually sent is ridiculous.
This is a BIG problem for our company. We've been told that sometimes WebPT doesn't "recognize" the number as a fax number. Why? When we then have to fax out of Ring Central (our online phone system) to the same number, it works just fine. This takes extensive time away from my front desk staff because of needing to audit and fax another way b/c of the inconsistently of faxing through WebPT.
