Transfer IE into a new case on EMR

Needing to re-enter all information on an IE when creating a new case.

I would like to submit a request that WebPT develop a way for the IE notes to be carried over to a new case wh npatients switch insurance.

    Yes looking for this exact feature. Would like to be able to copy from an exam under any case, and also to move an exam or visits to a different case...

    Yes -- our providers would love to be able to choose which IE they want to copy over -- otherwise they have to spend a ton of time retyping the entire eval

    I agree with above comment; with multiple cases in a chart, the ability to choose which case to pull from would be a huge time saver.

    The ability to chose which case to pull from would be most helpful as their last case may not be related to their current complaint.
