SOAP 2.0

Thank you for being a user of WebPT Documentation. We're excited and grateful for your interest in helping us build a product you love. You will receive an email notification when the status of your idea changes.

SOAP 2.0 needs a functional "Initial Exam Case Copy" company setting feature like SOAP 1.0 had available.

SOAP 2.0 does not have the "Initial Exam Case Copy" company setting feature which was available on SOAP 1.0.

This feature "Allows therapists to copy the most recent finalized evaluative note including Initial Examinations, Progress Notes, Recertifications, Orthosis Fabrications, and Re-Examinations from a patient's previous case to their new case, if it is the same discipline."

I've contacted WebPT support for help and received confirmation this feature is not available on SOAP 2.0. Attached is a copy of the transcript of my chat with Danny from WebPT support. Please keep me posted if and when this feature would be made available again.

Thank you,

Oscar Perez

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! While we don't yet support the case/copy functionality, we do intend to solve for this idea in the future. I'll link your idea so we can make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered. Yes, that would be great and time saving. All you need is to edit the template and don't have to reenter or check the items again and again everytime in subjective, objective, assessment, plan, and billing sections for patients with similar conditions and during heavy work load situations
