RE INSURANCE INPUT OPTIONS - BOTH CO-PAY AND CO-INS SIMULTANEOUSLY AVAILABLE

Some patients have BOTH a co-pay AND co-ins - it would be helpful if you could have BOTH sections available to be used at the same time; currently - you can only add EITHER OR and some people have BOTH with their plan...
