Print fax cover sheets that were sent with "optional message"

There should be an option to go back and print or look at the fax cover sheet that was sent with documentation from WebPt. Or it could potentially be saved to the chart once sent for future reference. Often times we include an "option message" on the cover sheet that goes out but have no way to go back and look at the note for reference or questions.
