When I select the content section "Sensation" or "Social History", WebPT auto populates information into my notes that I do not want. Example, Social History section auto populates sections on Individualized Education Program (IEP). I do not work with pediatrics so this will never apply to my clients. This happens in other content sections as well.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in our SOAP 2.0 product, what you'll want to do is edit your templates/profiles to remove the content you no longer wish to view. I've included a screenshot below, as well as a link to our help articles that will walk you though this functionality.

Unfortunately, some fields are not configurable. This is due to the way we built them. We will be working to make as many of these configurable as possible so you will not have to see fields that you will never use in your note.
Sometimes the way around this is to either use a WebPT Profile or copy the WebPT Profile to make your own - as opposed to making your own from scratch. We have more flexibility in building the WebPT Profiles than is exposed in the Template Editor, and have worked around these scenarios.
