As it stands right now, Appointments that are created before reminders are set up in Patient Info will not have reminders retroactively turned on. The member would need to edit these appointments, confirm the reminder box is checked, then save the appointment.
Member is asking that once patient Info is updated with reminder setup, the system will auto apply that to all appointments in system so retroactively apply that setting to appointments created before reminders are set up. This will save them time instead of having to go and edit all previously scheduled appointments.

This was a HUGE issue for us when we first implemented WebPT reminders across our 16 clinics after using a different provider. We had to manually edit every appointment that was already on the schedule and it was a huge headache. When we turn appointment reminders on for a patient, it should turn reminders on for every appointment that has been scheduled for that patient.
