Tobacco usage needs to be on the intake forms.

Please put a check box on the intake form for people to indicate if they are or are not tobacco users as it is now a MIPS quality measure.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Capturing and integrating tobacco usage from the digital patient intake is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
