When we transferred over to WebPT, all patients were given a default case and the date that it was created was the day it was all put into the system (2020). We are unable to change this case date, so whenever that default case is utilized it messes up reporting. For instance if I choose a date range that does not go back to our original start date with WebPT, patients are missing from the report. We also believe quick adding patients into the system may also be affecting the case creation date. For these reasons, there really should be a way to change this case creation date. I hope you add that in a future update.
