Ability to print agenda without Cancelled appointments

Ability to print agenda without Cancelled appointments showing.

The agenda you print now is very cluttered with Cancellations. I'd love it if they didn't print. Especially the patients who cancelled their appointment 3 days or more ago. They are not being seen that day so it just makes it more confusing.

Perhaps you could control display of cancelled appointments with the calendar view the way that the provider appointments are.
