Font size needs to be larger for notes

When the therapists add more and more notes to the objective section, the font gets so small.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal submission! Increasing the font size is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
