Who Deleted Payments/ Limit access within EMR Payments?

Within Rev Flow clerical staff was only allowed to post payment. If there was any issues Admin was the only ones allowed to make corrections. We would like to limit the access within Co-pay and Co-ins Payments to Admin only, and possibly allowing us to enter a negative amount so we don't have to delete an error.

    Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! Limiting payments access within the EMR is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
