We have patients that have the same name and also patients with 2 active cases at the same time. Having a pop up or alert that the schedulers would easily see that tells us, "2 patients with the same name" so we schedule the right one and also "Patient has 2 open cases"....this - all by itself - would save us time, money, and decrease errors in the medical record. Thank you.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! A pop-up on the Scheduler for same name or two open cases is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
