This could be as simple as just updating the information that is displayed on the patient print out. We view it before we print and it's how we see the upcoming and previous appointments. This would be a huge time saver.
It would be very helpful when keeping track of progress notes, new evals, etc to have the upcoming appointment list also list out the "type" of appointment so we don't have to manually go through our schedule to ensure they are set for the correct type of appointment.
I agree, this should be an option!
This really is a simple add on. We have a number of appointment types in additional to evaluations and progress notes. Would really help in identifying past & future categories of appointments
