Ability to copy an evaluation and make it a template

In our previous EMR we could copy and eval (very detailed one) and set it as a template for further use. We could modify it based on the new patients info but all prefilled categories from the initial template would populate. This would be way easier than creating a template.

    Thanks for your feedback. This is something we have considered, but have not proceeded with because we want to allow WebPT members to use custom free text to fill in documentation. While creating a profile or template from the note itself you would not be able to copy the text from the note without carrying PHI information into a general template or profile.
