Patient on contract year insurance plan, did not alert that his insurance plan expired, even though his policy dates were inputted. I was told by support that it did not alert because there were no "visit limits" attached to it. His plan didn't have any. Thus we didn't realize his plan had termed until we received a rejected claim. This is a flaw in the system!

I'm in total agreement with this. The system should have a report for policy end dates and number of visits.
