Case Deactivation For cases with NO evaluation but has a Case notes

Just like in the patient chart system where you can change it from Active to Inactive or to DC. there need to be the same option for patient cases that never got seen and have a case note or cancel/no-show documentation. if you didn't do an initial evaluation and cant delete the case because of the documentation.
