You may have already gotten this feedback, I am a little late to the game. The first problem I ran into was the IE PT note was mostly things/criteria I never need - there was a lot of pediatric things that didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I ended up making a new IE note with ALL the basics that I would do at every appointment and that was it. After that, I have started my templates for different body parts which do not include those same items. So far, that is working great. But, it just takes TIME!
