Referral Tracking: Source/Type & Contact

Members would like improved ability to measure marketing initiatives via referral tracking/reporting. In order to do so members request the ability to create custom referral types. In addition, members would like to be able to select the referral type AND a corresponding referral contact within cases. For examples... Referral Type: Attorney Referral Contact: Attorneys name. Referral Type: Online Referral Contact: Google . Referral Type: Friend/Family Referral Contact: Friends name.
