Medicare Threshold Used Amt Wrong in 2.0

Had a Medicare patient in 1.0 for 2020 used $840.30 with us. Now he's back, using 2.0 and his Medicare threshold says $1679.40/2080.00... clearly not right. We put the $840.30 into the "used" section for his Medicare insurance screen and it's still wrong.
