Cannot see full exercise name

I have so many issues with the activity/interventions section.

You can't see the whole exercise name

Also, if the whole side section wasn't taking up a lot of the screen you would be able to see more and not have to scroll over. Right now there's no way to be able to see the full name of the exercise.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We have a feature that should be a solution for this idea that we are planning to release very soon. With this update you will soon have the ability to collapse or close the case summary section on the left which will give you more screen real estate for the rest of your documentation.

    We’ll associate this idea to the feature to make sure you know when it is delivered. In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact support.
