Scheduler - Being able to put in a therapist's work hours

Scheduler - Being able to put in a therapist's work hours and have the calendar automatically block-off the times that the therapist is not scheduled to work.

At this time, we have to manually block-off the times that the therapist is not working so that the front office knows and accidentally schedules patients. ie: if the therapist is only working 9 to 3 on specific days of the week, the other times that the clinic is open would automatically be blocked-off for that therapist.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Blocking the schedule based on a therapist's work hours is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

In the meantime, we recently released some new appointment types to help delineate the start and end of working hours for a provider. While they must be manually entered, you could still make them repeating across a larger time frame.
