I agree this shouldnt even be something we have to request. EMRs are supposed to speed up documentation.. this slows me down so much!
This would be fantastic. As well as choosing items to automatically carry over from note to note, instead of being required to click the same section every single time. You should be able to check and uncheck sections if you do not want a section to be carried over from daily to daily. The extra clicks add valuable seconds to each note which could substantially improve efficiency.
